Since most of our Butterfly Valves are TRUE ISO-5211, meaning the pad AND the stem conforms to the spec., automation is easy with anyone’s ISO-5211 actuator. Our competitors claim to be ISO-5211 but try putting an Automax Actuator on a Bray valve! Doesn’t work, but you can put it on Value Valve’s Resilient Seated Butterfly Valve. Also since our RSBFV internal stem drive is Octagonal, with actuators like Automax, we simply rotate the stem 45 degrees and everything matches up. On a holiday, a weekend, or the middle of the night, you need to replace one of our valves, actuators or accessories, call your favorite supplier and get anyone’s ISO-5211 Actuator , Namur Solenoid or Limit switch, and your back up and running. Or just take an actuator off of a ball valve. It will fit.

1.5” to 40”, Lug, Wafer and Double Flanged. Mounting is ISO-5211 pad and stem, Bodies are Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel ,Cast Iron and Ductile Iron. Disc is Ductile Iron , Nylon 11 Coated, 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Aluminum Bronze with Optional Hard Chrome Plating,  Seats are EPDM, Buna N (Nitrile), White EPT (Food Grade), Neoprene, Silicon, Hypalon, and Viton. Available Pneumatic Actuated, Electric Actuated, Hydraulic Operated, Lever and Gear Operated.

High Performance Butterfly Valves:
2.0” to 80”, Lug, Wafer and Double Flanged, Mounting is ISO-5211 Pad and Stem, Bodies are Carbon Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, 150 and 300 Lb ANSI. Disc is 304SS, 316SS, Duplex Stainless or Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Hard Chrome Plated Disc and Shaft with Graphite Reinforced Teflon Seats. Seats are TFE, GLTFE (Glass Reinforced), GRTFE (Graphite Reinforced), 316SS, Inconel , and Stellite. VF9 series available in Soft Seat, API-607 Fire Safe and Solid Metal Seated. Available Pneumatic Actuated, Electric Actuated, Lever and Gear Operated.

AWWA  C-504 Butterfly Valves:
3.0” to 144”, Wafer and Double Flanged, Bodies are Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, 304SS and 316SS. Disc is Ductile Iron with 316SS Disc Edge Coated with NSF-61 Compliant Fusion Bonded Epoxy. Seats are EPDM, Buna N (Nitrile) and Viton. Available Pneumatic Operated, Electrically Operated, Lever and Gear Operated.

Triple Eccentric, Triple Offset  Butterfly Valves:
3.0” to 72”, Wafer, Flanged and Double Flanged, Bodies Carbon Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, 150 ,300,and 600 Lb ANSI. Seats Super Duplex Standard, also Stellite 21 or Others as Specified.
